We have an extensive background in working with Special Assets and OREO departments in the repossession, management and liquidation of their collateralized assets.

We perform a detailed business analysis in order to determine the best solutions and provide the resources needed to get the most out of the asset. AMREX has designed an accounting system to ensure effective Asset Management, which enables us to expose fraud, theft and waste.

I am an Air Force veteran serving from 1985 to 1989. I come from a long line of military service men and women in our family. I was trained in electronics research and development at Hanscom AFB in Massachusetts where I had the opportunity to work with some amazing people, organizations and civilian contractors including MIT, Raytheon Technologies and Livermore Labs. Upon discharge from the service, I continued in that field for nine years until I decided to pursue a career in real estate. My father had just formed a real estate company that was exploring Receiverships as a method for acquiring commercial listings. Receivership became the main focus for us. The more appointments we received, the more knowledge we gained in this very unique industry. Our expertise grew as did our company. We have had over 100 receivership assignments of various types of industries. Most of the receiverships we were assigned were in the hospitality industry, however we accepted almost every assignment we were offered and I’m glad we did. This empowered us to create an extremely diverse receivership company that has had assignments in over 40 states. Some examples are; limited and full service hotels, textile plants, poultry processing plants, warehousing, retail strip centers, convenience stores, restaurants and many more. I took over the business around 2012. I knew that with these appointments came a great amount of responsibility and I formulated a new vision for the company. There are various management needs for efficiently maintaining these properties in accordance with the preservation of value that the courts, plaintiffs and defendants expect and require. We have designed our management and administrative system to meet those needs. We knew we needed to standardize a system as much as possible that could fundamentally be applied to every receivership property we were assigned. With the assistance of my amazing CPA and a few other key personnel, we developed a system that provides efficiency from the point of the property takeover. through the management and liquidation of the asset.
